Protection

• Driver Over-temperature Protection: Threshold: 120°C. Motor will exit "Enable Mode" upon over-temperature.

• Motor Over-temperature Protection: User-configurable, recommended not to exceed 100°C (setting above 110°C may burn out the coils). Motor will exit "Enable Mode" upon over-temperature.

• Motor Over-voltage Protection: User-configurable, recommended not to exceed 65V. Will exit "Enable Mode" upon over-voltage.

• Communication Loss Protection: Will automatically exit "Enable Mode" if no CAN command is received within the configured period.

• Motor Over-current Protection: User-configurable, recommended not to exceed 0.98. Will exit "Enable Mode" upon over-current.

• Motor Under-voltage Protection: Will exit "Enable Mode" if supply voltage falls below the set value. Supply voltage must not be lower than 20V.

•Dual Temperature Protection: Industrial-Grade Multi-Layer Safety Guard Featuring a unique dual-layer thermal protection mechanism that simultaneously monitors the driver board (120°C threshold) and the motor coils (recommended limit of 100°C), automatically exiting "Enable Mode" to prevent coil burnouts. Additionally, the system integrates over-voltage protection (up to 65V), under-voltage protection (no lower than 20V), over-current protection, and communication-loss protection to ensure high reliability in harsh industrial environments.
•Visual Debugging & Convenient CAN Bus Upgrades Fully compatible with upper computer visual debugging software, making parameter tuning and waveform observation clear and intuitive, which drastically shortens the R&D and commissioning cycle. The system supports firmware upgrades via the CAN bus, allowing for online OTA updates without dismantling the hardware—keeping your actuators updated with the latest algorithms and peak performance.
